Founder, Formerly, Inc.

Daryl McGraw currently is the CEO of Formerly Inc, Connecticut’s first criminal justice reentry reform consultant agency, predominantly staffed by formerly incarcerated individuals. Mr. McGraw holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services and a Master’s Degree in Organizational Management and Leadership, both from Springfield College. He holds state certifications as an Addictions Counselor, Recovery Support Specialist, and a Criminal Justice Professional. Mr. McGraw is a community activist and philanthropist. He serves on several boards involving re-entry and criminal justice reform as well as behavioral health and addiction services. His work on behalf of battling urban trauma, addiction, and overcoming obstacles facing returning citizens upon their release from prison is truly inspiring.
