Speaking Out for Addiction Recovery

SOAR serves as a hub to connect and unify RCOs/PRSCs to work together and share information essential to peer recovery.

It provides training and technical assistance, brings these entities together around issues important to recovery, and supports expanding recovery support services across the state.
